• Walk-Ins are welcome, but appointments are strongly recommended.
  • All appointments will require a credit card on file for booking.
  • We kindly request 48 hours advance notice for all rescheduled appointments. Notice of less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. All no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Please call the front desk if you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late so we can properly accommodate you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be subject to rescheduling as the service provider’s schedule dictates.
  • Any requests for service adjustments must be made within 72 hours of original service. No refunds will be available, and adjustments must be booked with a service provider at a comparable price point.
  • For the enjoyment of all of our guests, no children or pets will be permitted on the salon or spa floor.
  • Prices are determined during the consultation and may vary based on the experience level of your stylist and the services and time required to achieve your desired end look, which may be impacted by the length and thickness of your hair.
